I applied online, and then there was an interview. I don't really recommend applying though, because they don't care about your skills, just how old you are.

The interview process included a self-introduction, questions about employee benefits, product pricing, knowledge of group insurance products, and definitions of reimbursement and lump sum. It concluded with asking why I wanted to work at AXA.

It was a get-to-know-you chat with HR first, then with the manager. They responded quickly and were helpful. The questions were mostly about personality, studies, and past experiences, not too technical. They made me feel comfortable.
