I met with HR, who asked about my past experience. They wanted me to introduce myself in English to check my language skills, and then switch to Arabic mid-conversation. They also asked why I wanted to leave my current job and about my notice period. The HR person mentioned that accounting in insurance companies differs from other sectors and that they offer transportation.
The recruiters make you feel at ease and allow you to speak naturally and warmly. The initial impression was really great and the recruiters are very knowledgeable.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my interview. After waiting 5 minutes at reception, the manager met me and took me to the interview room. First, they introduced the company, and then it was my turn to introduce myself.
