Candidate-reported interview process

It was a good experience. Mostly basic questions, not super technical. They said confidence and good communication are key to getting hired. There weren't any face-to-face rounds, it was mostly phone calls and online.

I got referred by my colleague. The first round was with HR. The second was with the reporting manager, and they asked situational questions and about my past experience. The third round was with the Team head.

The interview process wasn't too complicated. They mostly want to see that you have a basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance. They also want you to seem confident and be able to talk to both management and HR.
