Candidate-reported interview process

It was a direct walk-in interview based on CGPA. They asked some SQL queries, a basic mathematical coding question, and puzzles. Prepare well for your projects, as they will definitely ask lots of questions on projects. They will also ask lots of puzzles and some basic guesstimate questions.

The interview involved a brilliant, detailed case study that deeply explored my profile with questions based on multiple approaches. There weren't any strictly right or wrong answers, but the panel used it to evaluate me based on my merits. It was an awesome experience, and of course, it totally depends on the person conducting it.

It was nice and good but there is too much politics internally in the organization but a great place to work with ethics. Leads are nice but internal politics for ijp kills you out for sure.
