Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was a phone call. I was asked a few questions in my native language and in English. Salary expectations were not discussed. When I inquired, the recruiter mentioned it was too early to talk about it.

We had technical questions and also some HR related questions, questions related to the insurance and reinsurance sector, basic insurance terminologies, and questions related to your educational background. If you know the insurance sector well, you can get through the interview.

Basically, first they checked my resume, then there was a phone call with HR. After that, I had an HR interview, and finally, a managerial interview. If I cleared all those, I got an email from HR.
