Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and efficient. I was interviewed by 2 actuaries and 1 underwriter, and they asked more personality-oriented questions. They will ask you questions on previous work-experience, exams, and technical skills, but they wanted who I really I am. I appreciated that.

I interviewed with HR and the Head of Actuarial at the same time, and then with a senior actuarial analyst. It was a virtual interview because of circumstances, but usually, you'd have to go to their office.

I applied through college. Two technical rounds were held virtually. The first one had SQL queries mainly, and the rest was about introducing myself. In the second round, there were basic questions from my resume, followed by 7 puzzles.
