Candidate-reported interview process

First, there's an online assessment with behavioral questions. If you do well on that, you'll move on to an in-person interview that's about 30 minutes long. Make sure to show you're good at teamwork, or they won't invite you to the next step.

The interview was simple and fun. It started with a phone call, then a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a Teams meeting interview. I got feedback and the result the very next day.

The whole thing took about 90 minutes and it was split into three parts: first, we chatted about my life experiences, then some questions about my work history, and finally, I had to do an exercise where I responded to some made-up emails.
