Candidate-reported interview process

It was a tedious and long process. The interviewer seemed more focused on demonstrating their intelligence than assessing my fit for the job. Honestly, it was a pretty strange experience.

The interview process had 2 stages, conducted via video. I didn't get an offer, but it was a positive experience. This happened 3 times.

I applied for the job, and a week later got a call to confirm my email and my interest in their analytical test. However, I never received the test or any follow-up email. It’s impossible to contact HR as there are no contact details on their site and they use a no-reply email address. The only conceivable reason they didn't send the test is my lack of a British accent, which they might have judged in a brief 30-second call. It's disappointing that a company like AXA UK in 2019 still uses such methods. Besides, if they intended to send the test, a phone call to just confirm my email or ask about my willingness to take the test would be unnecessary.
