I had a six hour interview. Every hour there was a different set of interviewers which asked different technical questions. The last hour was when I got to talk to the potential manager. The questions were hard, and the interview process was very disorganized. The recruiter that was supposed to take me to lunch was missing, as well as the interviewer for the next hour after lunch. Both interviews were conducted by other people at the last minute.
Applied online and heard back pretty fast from the recruiter. First up was a technical phone screen with a senior dev. The questions were straightforward, just checking basic understanding and knowledge for the role. After passing that, I went through Amazon's SDE application process, since they're integrating more after the acquisition. It was pretty much what you'd find online about Amazon's process. Finished that, and got notified about the rejection not too long after. Everyone I talked to was nice and the recruiter was on top of things.
Started with a phone interview, which wasn't great, the interviewer sounded bored and kind of negative. Then had 5 interviews in the office that lasted about half a day. The actual interviews were okay, but HR was pretty disorganized. After declining, I got a really rude email with bad grammar. They also ignored my requests for feedback, just gave a generic reason.
