Had one virtual interview. They talked a lot about what they need for the job and what problems might come up. They stressed how important it is to understand how we do things here before trying to change anything. They also gave an idea of how the job responsibilities might change down the road.
I had a phone interview with a recruiter who was out of state. They coached me on the interview questions and process to get me ready for the in-person interview. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Area Manager at the South Jordan location where I would be working. The recruiter hired me almost immediately after. I also had a drug test and was given a start date about a month out.
3 rounds: Talent Acquistion>Regional>VP. Did not seem very structured with pre planned questions outside of talent acquisition. Seemed to be really be focused on industry experience as opposed to leadership which was a red flag.
