The whole thing took about a month. About two weeks after I applied, they got in touch for the first chat. Then came a take-home task that I could finish in about half a day, but they gave me two days to do it. I got a simple object and had to build something using any tech stack I wanted, both front and back end. After submitting it, they scheduled a technical interview to go over my project in detail. About a week after that, I got the offer.
The process was pretty quick: first an HR chat (under 30 min), then a technical interview (1 hour). After that, I had a take-home test to build a small micro service, which took 3 days. Then a live coding interview based on the take-home test, and finally a manager interview.
The interview process began with an HR call, followed by a coding and question test. Then there was an interview with the head of the unit. After that, a second coding/project test was given. Finally, there was supposed to be an interview/discussion with the head of the unit for the second project/test. I completed the second coding test, but then the company went silent. They mentioned I passed the test and would need to do the interview for it. The HR stopped replying to my emails asking to schedule the interview. For two months, I received no dates or answers. I feel they should have informed me if they changed their mind. I dedicated my free time to these projects and interviews.
