First, a 30-minute chat with HR. Then, a one-hour meeting with the sales director and manager. Finally, a third round with the team to check the vibe. Overall, the interviews went well, and feedback was given pretty quickly each time. Everyone was on time, the atmosphere was nice and friendly, and the job details were explained very clearly.
I did two virtual interviews. First was with the direct manager, then with a higher-up. They explained the day-to-day work well and it didn't seem too hard.
The first interview is conducted remotely from Brazil. They are very accommodating regarding English proficiency, stating that fluency is not required and even suggesting the use of Google Translate, though it wasn't necessary for me. Scheduling the interviews was a bit disorganized. They only disclose the salary at the very end, which I find inefficient as it wastes everyone's time.
