Candidate-reported interview process

First up was the talent person, they asked me some stuff about myself, my experience, and what I know about affiliate marketing. They also told me more about awin global, what they do, and what benefits they offer.

It was an easy phone call, then I spoke with the hiring manager. Then they sort of string you along, and then ghost you when you've put your whole heart into prepping for the last 6 weeks.

It's broken down into two main steps. First, there's a phone call to go over the job details. Then, the main interview happens. This part tests your knowledge of the affiliate landscape and requires some technical know-how. You'll also give a presentation. The final round is a 45-minute session where they ask you about yourself.
