The HR person was super efficient and clear about what was coming next. They communicated really well, and I was kept informed about my application status at every point. It felt like a friendly and open-minded way of interviewing.

Straightforward interview process asking experience and knowledge with affiliate marketing. Also additional scenario based questions along with creating a project to present information on affiliate marketing. Very friend and inviting recruiters.

I had 2 interviews. It seemed really promising at first, but the second interview involved a business case study that took me days and hours to complete. What a waste of time. The interviewer made it sound like things were going well and that we were moving on to the next steps. It was totally misleading and I wasted days preparing a case study only to get no communication or respect in return. At the end, the interviewer asked if the case study was hard and difficult to answer. The recruiters said they'd get back to me in a few days, but I didn't hear anything until 3 weeks later when I had to reach out to them!
