Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 3 interviews, a mix of in-person and phone chats. It was pretty laid back and mostly a discussion about my past experience and how it fits the role. Overall, a really good and informal vibe.

The interview was pretty chill. The hiring manager was super relaxed and we had a good chat. The questions were direct and I got an offer right away. It seemed a bit strange at first, but I went with it and I'm glad I did.

I attended one round of interview. The interviewer asked basic questions related to .net, core, and databases. The interviewer was very polite and the process was smooth, with no difficult questions asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
