So first, we'll do a quick chat to see if your background and what you're looking for matches the job. Then, there's gonna be a few interviews where we dive into your skills, what you've done before, and how you approach problems. Depending on the gig, you might have to do a test or a work sample. The last step is usually chatting with the main folks involved before they decide if they wanna make an offer.
It started with a networking quiz. Then there was a practical exam where I had to configure some equipment. Finally, there was an in-person interview that was more about getting to know me and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team, rather than being super technical.
It was a lengthy in-office interview process, but generally easy and timely aside from that. Standard phone screening happened first. The first interview had 3 interviewers and took a very long time. The second interview also had 3 interviewers and took a very long time. It felt stressful and exhausting with back-to-back interviews both times. They sent the offer letter quickly though.
