First, there's a recruiter phone call, then a video call with the hiring manager and a panel. Next, you'll interview with Directors and Vice-Presidents. Finally, you'll be given a task to complete before a decision is made.
The interview experience was pretty good and felt easy overall. The people interviewing me seemed to know their stuff and asked some solid questions. I was feeling pretty comfortable and actually got pretty excited about the job. It was all done over zoom and lasted about 45 minutes.
There were 3 interviews for this role. The first was a chat with someone from talent acquisition. Then, two more interviews happened via zoom, each with two interviewers. They asked some standard questions and specific things about the care model. Some interviewers were late. During the last interview, they said a decision would be made in about a week and a half. I never heard back after that, no rejection email or call, just ghosted. Really poor form AWARE.
