The old location was hard to find. The interviewer wasn't dressed professionally and seemed to have forgotten about the interview. The atmosphere was nice though. People were kind and the culture was different from typical jobs.
The interview process was great! They gave me a tour of the building and different departments. Then they took me to the interview room and asked me some basic questions about my past experiences. They asked if I had any questions for them and did a brilliant job answering. The last step was a coding challenge that was medium difficulty but not crazy hard.
The interview process was a mess, with bad scheduling and no clear idea of what they were hiring for. HR kept messing up interview times and timezones. They also didn't define the role well. During interviews, they got really hung up on work culture and insisted on in-office work, even though I didn't ask about those things or bring them up.
