I sent my CV for the Academy program and they contacted me to set up an introductory interview. It was online, with the usual questions about my studies, current interests, and soft skills. They mentioned they had openings for Junior Data Scientists even though there wasn't an official announcement. About 10 days later, HR emailed confirming I passed, but since there were no openings right then, they'd contact me in the future if needed.

A very simple introductory chat where they asked me to talk about my educational background. The interview ended with a clarification of the role's responsibilities and an explanation of the next steps leading up to the final interview. It lasted about 50 minutes.

First, there was an initial chat with HR. Then, a technical interview followed. If you passed the second interview, they'd contact you with a contract offer. Until then, salary was not discussed.
