AVOXI Interview Questions

The first interview with the hiring manager went really well. They seemed nice and asked good questions. Then, I got a take-home assignment that was supposed to take 4 hours. I did the main parts but skipped some bonus stuff I didn't know how to do. I ended up spending about 8 hours on it and knew it wasn't perfect, but I thought it showed my skills enough for a discussion. They gave me some general feedback but didn't set up a second interview to talk about my project. It feels like if a company wants you to spend over an hour on a project, they should at least let you talk about it. The feedback they gave was pretty vague, and I could have used more specific advice.

For my interview, there were 3 rounds. First was an initial skills review over the phone. Then, an interview with the leadership team. Finally, a culture interview with the team. The environment was super friendly, and all the interviewers were really attentive and nice.

This was a pretty quick interview. A recruiter reached out, and then I had a Google Meets interview. We talked about what I'm currently working on and project-wise, and they asked me some technical questions. After that, I got an API to build within two days. They didn't seem to like my final project and didn't give any specific feedback.
