The whole process can drag on for about 4 to 9 months, which is pretty slow and not very efficient. You'll likely go through around 4 phone interviews, followed by 3 in-person interviews, and then a shadow day, which might happen once or twice.
The interview process was bogus! They used role-playing and asked questions that were irrelevant to a District Sales Manager role. It seems like most executives and HR personnel don't understand what DSMs actually do, leading to bogus questions!
It was a long interview process. I really had to sell myself for this job and they made me jump through a lot of hoops. First, there was a phone interview, then a face-to-face meeting, and then I spent a day in the field with another District Sales Manager. After that, I had to go to a group meeting where we all had to compete in different tasks.
