Avon Regional Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a lengthy and extensive interview process. After I applied, which was actually recommended by two current district managers, I had two phone interviews. Then, I had to do three ride-alongs with other district managers before my face-to-face interview. I get that Avon wants really qualified people who will be a good fit, but the district manager role is always changing and the employee structure is constantly changing too.

This company claims to be empowering for women, but their hiring process felt exploitative, like they wanted free work before hiring. After a long four-month wait, I was told the position I applied for was no longer needed.

the position was for district manager which was a salary position,but they string you along and offer you independent sales position(commission)..please be aware of there bait and switch...
