Candidate-reported interview process
First, there was a group interview on Zoom where we did an analysis for a marketing proposal. Afterward, they contact you for an individual interview with the head or manager of the department you're applying to.
First stage was a pre-selection audio recording where you had to tell a story about a challenge in your life. The second stage was an online group dynamic. If you passed that, you were selected for a Zoom meeting, divided into groups, where you had to talk about yourself, bring an object that represents you, and then suggest a solution for a problem.
They first had me talk about myself, my aspirations, why I wanted to work at AVON, and about my CV. In a second interview, they asked me technical questions to check that my knowledge aligned with what was requested in the offer.
