Avon Executive Assistant interviews, decoded.

A entrevista foi uma experiência legal e que me deixou satisfeito. Durante a conversa, eu pude mostrar minhas habilidades, o que já fiz e o que já trabalhei de um jeito bom. O clima era mais ou menos difícil, mas também era legal, então pude mostrar que estava animado com a vaga.

First, there was a phone interview done by an external company. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. About a week later, I had another phone interview with one of the Executive Assistants to see if we were both still interested. After we both agreed, we talked about setting up the schedule with the right people.

Applied for many jobs over 2 years. During those 2 years, I got called for first and second rounds for different jobs, but things moved really slow. I got other offers and had to say no when they finally offered me a job. A few years later, they asked me to come in as a temp and I was hired 2 months after that.
