Avon Brand Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a mess. I flew in for the day to interview, and HR left me waiting for over 30 minutes before starting. They sent me to my next interview, and the interviewer asked why I was late, as HR hadn't even told them I was late on their accord. After I was hired and came for my first day, my hiring manager didn't even come to pick me up from the lobby. There was a global meeting, and after orientation, all the other hires got picked up around noon. The reception kept calling my boss with no answer. My two bosses boss happened to walk by about an hour later and was like, 'Hey! What are you doing out here! Come with me!'

First, there was a phone call, then a conference call or an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The company is helpful if you need to relocate. Having experience at a well-known company on your resume is advantageous.

It was the easiest interview. The person interviewing me asked standard questions. Not a great interviewer.
