They wanted to do a personal review of my experience and history. They wanted to understand my comprehension of the navy Calibration program and SE support. They also wanted to know how I handled inter-office conflicts and identify my demeanor.
The interview was designed to test your knowledge of government based regulations and policies. You should know a good deal about Naval and Military standards and be prepared to demonstrate your abilities onsite.
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. The company executives and I talked over several weeks about the job, potential opportunities, company info, growth projections, and current projects. We discussed the company's financials, technical data, and corporate strategy. We also went over compensation and benefits, and I was given time to think it over. It was a good experience with a lot of communication.
