Candidate-reported interview process

The interview started with a general discussion about my CV and work experience. Then, there were some technical questions specific to the role, particularly regarding the Fixed Income market which was the focus of the position. Finally, some questions were asked about soft skills.

First, HR called to set up the interview. The interview process has two stages. The first stage is an interview with HR, and the second stage is with the clinical director and another senior staff member at the agency.

You submit your resume online, and then there are two rounds of interviews. The HR Manager will reach out to set up the first interview with them. After that, you'll have a second interview with the potential Supervisor. You'll get an email about the second interview.
