Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview was in 3 stages. First, I met with HR and the team lead, and we talked about my experience and skills. Then, there was a written test for hard skills, which was task 3, and I had a week to complete it. Finally, I had a situational interview with HR to check my soft skills.

I had 2 interviews. The first one was with HR, who was quite hustle and not friendly. Second one was with manager and I've got a test to prove my knowledge. Since it was completed I've got an answer that I'am not fit.

The interview process at Avito is pretty standard. It started with a screening call with HR, then a case study focused on the funnel, followed by a discussion on product management theory, and finally an interview with the hiring manager. Avito does a good job of sending out preparation materials beforehand, which is super helpful and lets you know what to expect, making the whole thing way smoother and less stressful.
