Avispa Technology Interview Questions

The whole process was pretty disorganized. They changed the start date more than four times and then ghosted me. There were three interviews and a test, but no feedback. They also messed with the timing.

It was a really informative meeting and the interviewer was easy to talk to. The meeting started on time. I felt comfortable asking questions about the job, and they were all answered during the interview.

Avispa reached out because my background was a good fit for a role they had with a client. We did a phone screening and they said they'd let me know about next steps. I followed up a week later, but didn't hear back and they never responded. Super unprofessional ghosting.
