Avionte Staffing Software Interview Questions

I was contacted about a week before the interview. The interviewer was really friendly and we met over Zoom. The interview was quick and they mainly asked about my work experience.

This was a Zoom interview. It was very to the point and thorough. They detailed what the daily workings of the job is like and how we'd receive our equipment for WFH. I felt like the manager could have explained the complexity of the job a little better.

I had a call with the recruiter, then a call with the Implementation Project Manager Lead and a Director. Both calls were pretty conversational with simple behavioral questions. The recruiter call was 30 minutes and the next one was an hour. Everyone seemed nice and knew their stuff. I was told I'd hear back the week after the second interview but never did. I followed up with the recruiter who said they'd have a decision soon, but they didn't. A month passed and I figured I'd been ghosted, then got an email saying they were going with other candidates. The interview process was handled poorly and felt disrespectful of my time.
