Avionos Consultant interviews, decoded.

First, I had a call with a recruiter. Then, I went through 5 interviews with various Avionos employees across different levels. Everyone I spoke with was very approachable and easy to connect with. The questions varied from technical to situational problem-solving, depending on who I was interviewing with. I really liked the company culture and the opportunities available, so it was a great overall interview experience.

The interview process is pretty normal. On campus interview where you will give 3 interviews back to back in a day. The employees are super easy and make sure you are well settled before starting the interview.

We started with a phone interview, then I went in person for the rest of the interviews. The in-person day had three separate interviews. One was a technical interview where I had about 20 minutes to solve a problem they gave me. The other was a cultural interview to see if I'd be a good fit for the company.
