The interview was through my school. The recruiters were really nice and professional. They made an effort to make students feel comfortable and kept the conversation casual. I would have 10/10 taken the job if I hadn't gotten a better offer.
We started with a tour of the facility, then got a case study question. We had to work with other interviewees to talk about and present our answer. After that, I had one-on-one interviews with each supervisor from the hiring departments.
The interview process was pretty easy going and relaxed, with easy questions. It mostly involved going over your resume and discussing why you think you're a good fit and what you can contribute to the company.
