Avient Customer Support Representative interviews, decoded.

I spoke with a recruiter and then interviewed with two managers. They mentioned that there were more interviews planned and that I would hear back by early March. However, it is now the end of March and I have not received any communication from them. The hiring process at this company seems very disorganized. I actually got hired faster through a temp agency for a nearby company. If you've already interviewed with Avient and are awaiting a response, I'd advise against waiting around!

I had a phone interview with the recruiter and it went really well. They said I'd hear back by the middle of the next week. I didn't hear anything, so I followed up, but still nothing. It had been two weeks since my first call and then everything just went silent. I thought it was pretty unprofessional to ghost someone who was really keen on the job and ready to put in the work. Just so you know, you might not hear back, even if the interview seems to go great. But hey, I guess I'm thankful for the rejection, it actually pushed me to find other opportunities.

The first stage is with HR, they were very professional and friendly. Then, you meet with your potential direct manager, who is a very nice person. Some parts of the interview will be in English.
