I was interviewed by a panel of two people. They asked some great questions. The conversation focused heavily on my resume, asking about my skills and past experiences, and also about my projects and coursework.
HR was really responsive and communicative. The EE team did a fun and engaging technical interview. For the final round, I met with the department head and the CEO, who apparently interview everyone for full-time roles. The whole process from resume submission to getting the offer took about a week.
Applied online and then went to their Melbourne office for an interview. They asked questions about my resume and then showed me some really bad VHDL code and asked me to figure out what it was doing. While it might be a way to check code reading skills, it made me wonder about their design practices. I already had two offers at that point, so I wasn't really invested in this one.
