There was a phone interview first, and then a zoom interview. We exchanged emails to set up the times for the interviews. After those, a final zoom meeting determined if I got the job.
After submitting your resume on Indeed.com, a few initial questions about your nutrition and coaching experience, as well as your willingness to travel to specific locations mentioned in the job posting, are asked. Because the travel locations are vague and not close to each other, it's hard to estimate salary requirements. You'll then receive a message on Indeed.com asking you to record a video using Loom.com to answer some questions.
The interview process is pretty intense and rigorous. We're careful when picking from a diverse and competitive pool of candidates for any open spots, so there's a real test to go through. You'll have a number of interviews with different senior leaders, in various settings from formal to casual, and often there's an activity to do as part of it. This all happens over a few weeks, and the final decision can take a couple of months.
