It was a three step process. First, I had a phone screen which I could schedule myself. Then, there was a Teams interview, and finally, an on-site interview.
The process was typical, starting with a phone interview and then an in-person meeting. It wrapped up in about a week. I met two managers and they showed me around the facility. No drug test or background check was involved, though they did mention a high turnover rate. They really emphasized their safety standards.
Had a phone interview with HR. She asked me questions but didn't seem to really get them. She was just taking notes. I felt like she couldn't get a good sense of my skills because she was asking mostly technical questions that would be better suited for the hiring manager.
