Candidate-reported interview process

It was a simple and easy interview process. Mostly fit questions about your experience, especially in retail, and how you work with others in a team. They also asked about customer service skills. Make sure to provide a lot of availability, as they tend to offer jobs to people who have open schedules.

It was super easy. The interviewer was very kind and genuine. They asked a lot of questions about my resume and scheduling availability. I had a follow-up interview with the territorial manager. It wasn’t difficult, and nothing technical was needed. I just had to demonstrate interest.

The interviewer was great and there were 2 rounds. I gave them my references and then I got the job. It wasn't a long process, and I heard back pretty quickly. Would recommend this company.
