Candidate-reported interview process

I had a really thorough in person interview, and then a follow up with regional. Both of those went super well, and the team seemed really inviting. I actually didn't end up taking the offer, but if I were looking to make a move, I definitely would have considered it.

Clinical scenarios from real-life situations were presented. Basic questions included introductions and availability for weekend shifts. They asked if I was okay with taking on additional responsibilities, like covering half a wing during evening shifts when the resident load increases. They also inquired if I was comfortable with the possibility of my shift being canceled due to census fluctuations.

I talked with the NHA and then the regional executive. The interview process was pretty simple. I didn't get an offer, but they did let me know they weren't moving forward.
