Avianca General Intern interviews, decoded.

I had a quick call with someone to go over my CV, then a bigger online interview with HR and people from the internship. After that, there was another phone interview to check my English, and they asked me about my daily activities.

Me hicieron una entrevista grupal y me dijeron que después seguiría una prueba de inglés y luego una entrevista con el jefe directo. Me informaron que si recibía una carta de agradecimiento por correo, significaba que no continuaba en el proceso. No recibí ni la carta de agradecimiento ni la prueba de inglés. Recibí el enlace para la siguiente entrevista, pero lo enviaron incorrectamente y no pude acceder. Les pedí amablemente que lo reenviaran, pero no obtuve respuesta y, desde entonces, no volvieron a contactarme.

It was easy and simple. The proccess took about 4 weeks and before the interview i had to present an excel test and team activity ( assesment of 2 hours)
