Avianca Analyst interviews, decoded.

First there was a group assessment where they divide the group and assign tasks to solve as a group, they also give an English test that consists of a written exam and an interview in English, then a technical test depending on the area you are applying for, and finally a final interview with the immediate boss.

After submitting my resume on Avianca's platform, I received a call almost 6 months later. I scheduled to go to the company's headquarters in Congonhas, without financial support or airfare.

The interviews happened in three steps: first, an interview with HR, then an interview with the coordination team, and finally, an interview with the area manager. HR focused on behavioral aspects, the coordinators on analytical skills, and the manager on possible market scenarios.
