AVI Foodsystems Inc. Interview Questions

We asked about your experience and then I showed you the basement. I told you we expect you to work at least 50 hours a week and that you get 2 weeks vacation a year, but that part was a lie. That was the interview.

Started with a job overview and benefits discussion, followed by a facility tour. Then, the Branch Manager conducted an interview. They're aiming for a quick hire, so I'm optimistic about my chances.

It was a 2 step interview, one with the director and one with the District Manager. It was pretty straightforward. We toured the campus, had lunch, and talked about past experiences and how those experiences align with their mission statement.
