The interview process was really smooth. Started with a phone interview with HR that was all behavioral and pretty direct. After that, I had an in-person interview at their office, which was also very behavioral and they wanted to gauge my interest in the industry.
The hiring managers are really nice and supportive. The questions they ask aren't difficult; they're more interested in your attitude and if you're eager to learn. It's a welcoming environment for people without much experience and for new graduates.
I chatted with a recruiter first, which was basically a standard HR chat. They told me more about the company and what this job is all about. I was offered a virtual interview with a sales manager after that, but I turned it down.
