The interview process was quite extensive, lasting around four hours in total. It was structured across three separate interviews, which allowed the team to evaluate both technical and interpersonal aspects of my fit for the role. I met with two different managers, each focusing on different areas such as my problem-solving approach, past experience, and how I handle real-world scenarios. The third interview was with HR, which was more focused on behavioral questions, cultural fit, and discussing my background, career goals, and expectations. Overall, the process was thorough and gave me a well-rounded understanding of the role and the team.
Applied online and soon got an email to complete a test. Then had a quick 15-minute online chat about me and my interest in the role. After that, there was an assessment day, about 5 hours long, with 4 exercises: a group presentation, a 1 on 1 presentation, a written task, and a 1 on 1 interview which wasn't very professional. Never heard back after the day, except for a request for feedback on the day itself, but they wouldn't give any feedback even when asked. Seemed like a waste of time, a simple rejection email would have been fine.
Started with a video call, then went to an assessment day at their offices. This involved team building exercises and then a face-to-face interview. Didn't hear back after the assessment day, and my follow-up emails were ignored.
