Candidate-reported interview process

We kicked off with an Online Assessment that included a 35-minute coding challenge with 1 array and 1 string question. There was also an untimed behavioral section, capped at 40 minutes, where you had to rank choices based on what you'd most likely do. In total, there were 3 interview rounds. Some candidates had 2 or 3 technical rounds plus an HR round, and a few even had an extra technical round.

I had a cognitive online assessment, then a technical interview, followed by a behavioral one, and then another specific technical interview. I really enjoyed talking to everyone, felt like the vibe was super laid back and more about figuring out my interests and talent. Felt more vibe-based than anything!

The interview was mostly about fit/culture. The first round was technical, mostly about projects. The second round was with HR, asking about the company and fit. It lasted about an hour totally. It was less technical.
