The interview process was really professional and efficient. It was clear, fair, and moved at a good pace. The HR support was top-notch, with quick replies, helpful feedback, and lots of resources. The sales team asked good, relevant questions that led to deeper strategic talks about the job, which felt natural and appropriate.

I had 2 rounds with Aveva. The first was with HR, and it was okay. The second was with the hiring manager, and it was also fine. However, what wasn't great is that they took a whole month after the second interview to send a standard rejection email. And then, two weeks after that, the job was posted again.

The interview process was quite drawn out over several rounds. First, there was an initial meeting with HR. Then, the first interview with the department, involving two contacts from different areas. This was followed by a detailed discussion. After that, there were various follow-up questions from HR. Finally, an in-person meeting with the future boss. Overall, all the conversations were very pleasant.
