The interview felt a bit awkward and not as professional as I'd hoped. A lot of the time was spent on personal stuff like my marital status, kids, and where I'm from, which made me feel weird and took away from talking about the actual job, what's expected, and how the team works. I think interviews work best when they stick to job qualifications and stuff related to the work.
The interview with the hiring manager and supervisor went well. If you have experience in healthcare, it will be pretty easy. Don't expect them to hire you on the spot; they will take their time and interview others. But please do your homework ahead of time and get to know the company you are working for so that your process goes a lot better.
It was a pretty simple interview process and a good experience overall. The people I interviewed with were really nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions they asked were related to my experience and skills. They got back to me about the next round pretty quickly. All in all, it was a great experience.
