The interview process was thorough. It started with a chat with an external recruiter, followed by two more interviews: one over the phone and another one in person at their office. The whole thing took about 3 to 4 weeks.
The hiring process had 3 steps. First, I did a video interview online where I recorded answers to 10 questions. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with general and marketing questions. The last step was an interview where I presented a digital strategy. A recruitment agency initially reached out about the role, but after that, the process was handled through Avery's online job portal, which made it easy to track progress and see what needed to be done.
I had to do a psych evaluation before anything. The interviews were based on those results. After that, I had some one-on-one chats, and then I met the whole team in a panel interview. They brought up an offer, but then gave me a better one.
