The interview went fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, I never heard back after the interview. I was okay with not getting the job because they found a stronger candidate, but their lack of any feedback was really unexpected and unprofessional. A quick email saying they'd gone with someone else would have taken two minutes and been appreciated. It felt like they didn't have the time or didn't care to send one. That really showed me what they're like, and I'm actually glad I didn't get the job. I can only imagine what it would be like to work with people like that.
It was a normal interview where they asked me about my past experience. The interviewers were really welcoming and friendly, and they gave me plenty of time to think about my answers.
The interview was quick and straightforward, with no overly difficult questions. The company uses a consistent set of questions for all roles and locations. For this specific position, the questions focused on problem-solving and customer service skills.
