Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty straightforward, with not many unexpected twists. I particularly liked that they used Woven for the coding assessment. The problems were practical, real-world scenarios like parsing a date string and writing tests, rather than abstract problems like "re-invent sort".

After four rounds of interviewing, they stopped responding, didn't follow their own timelines, and then sent me a generic rejection email. It's disappointing considering how much of my time they took, especially without any feedback. They could have at least personalized the rejection email.

The interview process involved a test, then a group interview, followed by a hiring manager interview. I'm adding more words to meet the minimum requirement of 30 words, even though this process is very similar to many others.
