Averitt Interview Questions

Got a call to schedule an on-site interview. Went in for a 30-minute interview in the lobby with recruiter C.P. It was friendly and went pretty well. Haven't heard back at all, no yes, no, or maybe, or any info on next steps for a month now.

I had a quick interview with two people. They asked me why I was interested in the job and about various challenges I had faced previously. They also inquired about my past leadership experience and my reasons for wanting to work there.

The first interview was pretty casual. I was told I was moving on to a second round of interviews. No timeframe was given. After waiting a week with no word, I called the office. The person I spoke with said they were still interviewing and that I'd be contacted the next week to schedule. That week is also over and still no contact. It's been almost a month since my interview and I haven't heard anything. I'm guessing there's no official closing date. I'm going to reach out again this Monday but am looking for other jobs in the meantime. I'm a bit bummed about the lack of communication and hope to hear back soon.
